"I grew up in West Milford and used to visit Camp Hope for Christmas events back in 1994, so I remember what it looked like years ago. I have to say — WOW! The improvements are incredible. The playground area is absolutely beautiful now. While I was there, I saw a family pull up for a pizza night — they brought pizza, salad, drinks, and dessert, and enjoyed it together under the covered picnic area. It was so heartwarming to see a family take time to relax and make memories with their little ones. Camp Hope has truly become a perfect place for families to enjoy time together."

"The cabins were very nice, had air conditioning, the pool near the site is also very fun. We went when the kitchens weren't open so we had to provide food for ourselves which was kind of annoying but love the nature hike on the trail, even though the trails usually ended on dead ends."

"Been living in West Milford and had no idea this place was open to the public. Only thing that costs is to go in the pool and that only currently $5 and can be reserved online. They have basketball court, pockleball court, a gagaball area and hiking."

"Nice pool. Little low . I forgot and skimmed the cement with my foot. Next time I'll be more careful. Had a great home though. Especially with all the algea bloom issues in the lakes up here."

"We attended the Passaic County Veterans Appreciation Day at Camp Hope today, October 1, 2021. The grounds and facilities were immaculate! What a great location for such an event to honor Veterans from WWII thru Iraq & Afghanistan. The County presented medals & certificates of appreciation to the Veterans along with a great family barbecue."
